dc.description.abstractEn Colombia el fenómeno del desplazamiento forzado ha generado múltiples problemáticas sociales, políticas económicas, culturales y educativas. En el ámbito educativo, lugar de estas reflexiones, la llegada a las aulas de la población en condición de desplazamiento, ha obligado al profesorado a cumplir roles para los que no se había preparado y ha hecho visible la multiplicidad de vacíos e inconsistencias sociales, educativas y pedagógicas; surge entonces la imperante necesidad de una política social y educativa que fortalezca los procesos pedagógicos y garantice atención integral a dicha población.Las preguntas que orientan estas reflexiones son las siguientes: ¿Cuál es el lugar de la política educativa, para la atención a la población en situación de desplazamiento en Colombia? ¿Se trata de una apuesta por el derecho a la educación y por la potenciación del sujeto o es sólo una acción asistencialista? ¿Conoce el Estado la realidad de las escuelas y maestros y las acciones que están realizando con la población desplazada por la violencia? spa

dc.description.abstractenglishIn Colombia, the phenomenon of forced displacement has generated multiple problematic social, political, economic cultural and educative. In the educative scope, of these reflections, the arrival to the classrooms of the population in condition of displacement has forced the teaching staff to fulfill educative and pedagogical rolls for which it had not prepared and it has made the social multiplicity of emptinesses and inconsistencias; the prevailing necessity arises the from a social and educative policy that fortifies the pedagogical processes and guarantees integral attentions to this population. The questions that orient these reflections are the nfollowing ones: Which the place of the educative policy for the attention to the population in situation of the displacement in Colombia? One is a bet by the rigth to the education and the involution of the subjetc or is only one asistencialista action? Know the state the reality the chools ans teachers and the actions that are making whit displaced population by the violence?eng
