Abstract
The present research focuses on the search for traces through photography, the body, the territory, and formative memory. Its objective lies in examining the perspectives of 11th-grade students at Quiba Alta Rural School. This is done with the intention of establishing a dialogue with their self-narratives and exploring hegemonic and counter-hegemonic views regarding the house in its various visual manifestations.
The research proposes a creative approach through formative workshops that will use subjectivation as an analytical axis. Tools such as cartography, (body-house), and photographic imagery (including family albums and the internet) will be employed to generate images with poetic, analytical, and reflective nuances about the experience of dwelling in Ciudad Bolívar.
The image of the house will be questioned through a cultural, artistic, political, and touristic lens. Through this analysis, a visual archive sample will be constructed that explores both the form and function of the house. This process will enable a profound analysis of the act of inhabiting in the periphery and within the context of housing.
In summary, this research centers on uncovering and exploring the perceptions of students regarding the house and dwelling in Ciudad Bolívar. Through workshops and image creation, the aim is to challenge traditional notions and construct a visual reflection that addresses both personal and societal dimensions of dwelling.
