Abstract
The present monograph compares the concept of State in Hegel, from the Philosophy of Right in its third part, the eticity, with the partial answer of the young Marx from the Franco-German annals. Some of the most relevant elements and contrasts in both registers and their notes on the concept of the State are reconstructed. The present comparative analysis between both perspectives allows us to glimpse the differences and also the philosophical similarities relevant to the study of both authors, making possible an interpretative path on the concept of the State and the logic underlying it. On the other hand, the comparison of both philosophical perspectives on the State invites to the conceptual reconstruction of a philosophical/political corpus whose importance for current political affairs is still unsuspected. The present analysis interweaves two perspectives that, in their broad and varied determinations, philosophize about the state as an element of the common, revealing the conceptual and material anatomy of society as a whole.
