Acerca de la formalización del concepto velocidad desde la geometrización del movimiento de caída según Galileo Galilei
Abstract
La investigación de este trabajo trata uno de los conceptos fundamentales en la cinemática, como lo es el concerniente al tema de la velocidad y como en su análisis se nos permite hacer referencia a la velocidad instantánea en el movimiento de caída de los cuerpos, comprendiendo el alcance o sentido de lo que concebimos actualmente de esta magnitud. Es por lo tanto que recurriendo precisamente a trabajos realizados en la historia de la física los que nos ofrecen la explicación necesaria para darle mejor sentido a lo que significó la construcción de tales magnitudes y así encontrar en el trabajo hecho por el gran físico Galileo Galilei, un reflejo de lo que representó el estudio de esta magnitud para la descripción del fenómeno físico referente al movimiento natural y acelerado de los objetos.
Siendo finalmente este trabajo de grado un aporte significativo en las implicaciones que puedan surgir para diseñar metodologías que logren derivar concepciones sustanciales en el campo de la enseñanza de la física.
Abstract
The research of this work deals with one of the fundamental concepts in kinematics, as is the subject of speed and as in its analysis we are allowed to refer to the instantaneous speed in the movement of falling bodies, understanding the scope or meaning of what we currently conceive of this magnitude. It is therefore that by drawing precisely on works carried out in the history of physics that offer us the necessary explanation to give better meaning to what meant the construction of such magnitudes and thus find in the work done by the great physicist Galileo Galilei, a reflection of what represented the study of this magnitude for the description of the physical phenomenon concerning the natural and accelerated movement of objects.
Finally, this degree work is a significant contribution in the implications that may arise to design methodologies that manage to derive substantial conceptions in the field of teaching physics.
