dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo explora las relaciones entre los estereotipos, entendidos como ideas fijas o preconcebidas en contextos culturales, y la conformación de subjetividades étnicas que se construyen, reconstruyen y de-construyen en espacios de disputa de discursos identitarios basados en la cultura. Dado que la educación es uno de los espacios donde dichos estereotipos podrían terminarse, el artículo propone la necesidad de ubicar política, económica y socialmente la génesis y tratamiento de prejuicios e ideas fijas relativas a la etnia y la raza, como proceso dialógico y multifacético, en el que las palabras que los expresan son objeto de polisemia y dependen del contexto en que se producen. | spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | This article explores the relationships between stereotypes -understood as fixed or pre-conceived ideas in cultural contexts, and the framing of ethnic subjectivities that construct, reconstruct and deconstruct in spaces of discourses on identities grounded in culture. Since education is one of the places where such stereotypes may be abolished, the article propones the necessity of placing the origins and treatment of prejudices and fixed ideas referred to ethnic group and race politically, economically and socially, as a dialogic and multifold process in which words that express them are subject to polisemic meaning and depend on the context where they are produced. | eng |
