dc.description.abstractenglish | This paper deals with the relationship between Theatre and History. Therefore, it addresses the process of transformation that leads from the Old World to the Renaissance and the very concept of modernity as a possibility to understand the transformation of the discourse within the scenic arts: the evolution of classical Greek tragedy into medieval theater genres and the breaking point of modern theater, which places the human subject at its very center. It means the transition from theological thought to subjectivity as an existential approach. | eng |
