Abstract
Este trabajo tiene como tema central los factores que determinan el estrés laboral en el papel activo del docente. El objetivo de este proyecto es proponer diferentes recomendaciones desde las artes escénicas (Teatro del Oprimido) para la prevención del estrés laboral teniendo como objeto de investigación la Institución Cerros del Sur de Ciudad Bolívar y su enfoque de Educación Popular
Abstract
This work has as its central theme the factors that determine work stress in the active role of the teacher. The objective of this project is to propose different recommendations from the performing arts (Theater of the Oppressed) for the prevention of work stress, with the Instituto Cerros del Sur of Ciudad Bolívar and its Popular Education approach as the object of research.
