dc.description.abstract | La educación está recurriendo a las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (tic) para complementar aprendizajes presenciales. Este artículo derivado de investigación tiene por objeto establecer el uso de una plataforma de inglés en línea y conocer las perspectivas de 394 usuarios de la plataforma con respecto a esta modalidad de aprendizaje. Un número de estudiantes universitarios respondió a una encuesta sobre sus percepciones y, adicionalmente, se entrevistaron dos grupos focales. Las conclusiones obtenidas del muestreo no probabilístico de una muestra de la población de usuarios sumado a sus reflexiones en grupos focales señalan que los aprendizajes se logran si se promueve la cooperación entre las partes interesadas cumpliendo las actividades de una matriz de responsabilidades compartidas | spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Education is using Information and Communication Technologies (ict) to complement face-to-face learning. This article derived from research aims to establish the use of an online English platform and to know the perspectives of 394 users of the platform with respect to this learning modality. A number of university students filled out a survey of their perceptions and, in addition, two focus groups were interviewed. The conclusions obtained from the non-probabilistic sampling of a sample of the population of users in addition to their reflections in focus groups indicate that the learning is achieved if cooperation between the interested parties is promoted by fulfilling the activities of a matrix of shared responsibilities. | eng |
