Analizar a Live-Kids desde la perspectiva de la administración y la gestión organizacional como proyecto que se enmarca en el campo de la educación musical no formal en Bogotá, permite establecer puntos de movilidad e incidencia, a partir de miradas retrospectivas y de la comparación de sus características con escenarios pedagógico-musicales cercanos. Este procedimiento legitima la labor de la escuela, brindándole una base administrativa sólida, en términos de definición y funcionamiento, señalando rutas de proyección y delimitando medios de interacción con el entorno, fortaleciendo la experiencia artística como fuente de comunicación y entendimiento, y como espacio de reconocimiento, respeto y empatía.
Abstract
Intrinsic within every kind of musical practice, woven between the threads of communication made by it, can always be found certain pedagogic hint, wich consolidates music and its study as a connecting tool, channeling information through the senses and working on practical and emotional levels taking advantage of its flexibility, malleability and volatility.
For two students, aspiring for a Bachelor's degree in music, passionate about art and its influence in human relationships, the pedagogic labor, wich was initially intended to be the financial support of a home, was becoming an investigation subject, chasing the relation between it and the musical performance through exploration and experimentation, always building on their college learning at the Pedagogic National University, and the insight of their previous experiences.
On this basis the Moving Music School Live-Kids has been consolidated, supporting itsgrowth on premises of empathy, communication and art enjoyment, and along its evolution, encoraged by fundamentaly intuitive processes, has found discrepancies relating with its environment. This paper takesus on a journey trough the terms, disciplines and procedures that settle the interactions that conform the school’s ecosystem, seeking to stablish convergence spots to nurture new relations and meaningful artistic learnings. The goal is to take the reader as close and accurately as possible to the Live-Kids experience and to the odds provoked and taken.
