dc.description.abstract | Trabajo degrado que se propone después de una revisión a la literatura existente sobre eficiencia escolar, entender por qué los estudiantes no aprenden, como se ven influenciados por su entorno escolar y cuál es el rol del docente como gestor de este entorno para garantizar el aprendizaje de sus estudiantes. Se revisan los diferentes escenarios donde el profesor es el actor y gestor principal, desglosando su rol hasta llegar al concepto de manejo de aula y sus diferentes estilos como base para la creación de un entorno de aula de respeto, pacifico, cooperativo y motivante, que genere un clima escolar positivo que permita el desarrollo ético, intelectual y socioafectivo de los estudiantes. | spa |
